Workout in a Box

  • *We begin with a warm up that incorporates easy yoga poses to get your body moving.

    *Then we progress into a series of upper body/lower body pluscore exercises.

    *You will receive both cardiovascular and strength training benefits all rolled up into one complete full body workout.

    *We will end as we began. With some poses and vartations to cool down and restore the body back to a balanced state.

Personal training

  • *Each session will be unique.

    *I will formulate the best possible workout for you.

    *We will use dumbbells, resistance bands, stretching and yoga postures.

    *You will get stronger and feel more empowered.

    *This can take place in a gym setting or in the comfort of your own home.

    *Your personal program will take into account any limitations and injuries you may have,

Yoga training

  • *Yoga is about meeting yourself where you are right now. It’s not just about how flexible you are. That’s just a small piece of the puzzle.

    *We will learn from your body map and move at a pace that is consistent with your energy. Building upon what is best for your needs.

    *You have the option to focus on independent postures or work within a class like atmosphere

    *A yoga mat, yoga blocks, strap and bolster are all that you need.

Combination session

  • *This is the perfect combination of fitness training and yoga.

    *You will need some free weights, resistance bands, a mat and two yoga blocks.

    *We begin with some yoga and stretching postures.

    *Once the body is warmed up. we will then progress to the weight training / cardio / core conditioning piece.

    *After this is completed, we will then spend the rest of the time on yoga poses and flow.

    *And we end with a lovely relaxation.

  • *We are working with the six pillars of health and well-being:

    Nutrition
    Movement
    Stress resilience
    Positive social interaction
    Avoidance of risky behaviors

    *Together we will go over in detail each of these pillars to maximize your health and well-being.

    *We then create a plan of action to address any imbalances. This includes an action plan to make changes.

    *Follow-up sessions are available to keep you accountable.
