Do you have a desire to lift weights but don’t want to go to the gym? Or perhaps, you don’t go to a gym at all but want to lift weights and train. I have the perfect solution for you. All that you need is a box and some tools.
Workout In a Box™is a unique fitness concept that I have created. It all came about when I was limited for time and found myself at home but needing to exercise.
All you need is a box or basket. We will choose an array of free weights, resistance bands, a yoga mat and blocks to fill up your basket with. These essentials will be the tools we use for our workouts.

This is my signature workout. The focus is on core conditioning, posture and gaining strength.
The first 10 minutes will be focused on a warm-up. We will begin with a combination of stretching and yoga.
We will then move on to the strength component. The next 45 minutes will be focused on resistance training. I will create an energizing sequence of movement patterns. This will be fun and uplifting.
The last minutes will be spent on cooling down the body with therapeutic movements and a deep relaxation.
What you’ll learn
How does it work?
When we first meet, I will access what your current levels of fitness/ strength currently are.
Then we will decide which weights (dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands) are best for you.
Once we have all these tools and props (yoga mat and yoga blocks) we can then move onto your programming.
You will receive both cardiovascular and strength training all rolled up into one complete full body workout.
Every session is catered to how you are feeling that day.
